Shelbyville, Kentucky.

Multiple farms. One standard.

Bourbon Beef is not one farm. It is a coalition of Kentucky farms aligned around the same finishing process, the same non-GMO corn, and a standard that holds across every field.

American Grown.

No shortcuts. No anonymous sourcing.

The farms were selected because they meet that standard. They stay because they keep meeting it.

Our farms grow the feed, finish the cattle, and supply every reservation directly. What you receive reflects exactly what went into it, because that is the only way to stand behind it.

What began as a practical decision, put the distillery grain to use, became the foundation of how every farm in this coalition operates. The spent grain is the last thing these cattle eat before harvest.

Several farms. The same approach.

Several farms. The same approach. That is not a coincidence.

The non-GMO corn our farms grow goes to the distilleries. The spent grain comes back.

The cattle finish on it for three months.

The flavor is the proof.

Shelbyville, Kentucky. Where the standard was set.

The limestone under the bluegrass filters the water that makes Kentucky bourbon what it is. The cattle drink the same water. The corn grows in the same ground.

A circular system that wastes nothing, from the corn field to the finishing pen. The flavor is the proof.
