What is included
Professional processing, packaging and home delivery are included in the price of a Half Beef or Whole Beef reservation.
Timing
Availability is based on planned cattle production, and delivery timing follows the finishing and processing schedule. When your reservation is confirmed we will give you an expected window, and we will confirm the day before delivery.
Receiving your beef
Beef arrives frozen. Someone should be available to receive it and move it to a freezer straight away. A Half Beef is 285+ lbs of packaged beef, needing roughly 8 to 10 cubic feet of freezer space, and a Whole Beef is 570+ lbs, needing roughly 20 to 22 cubic feet; tell us your freezer setup when you reserve and we will confirm what to plan for. If you will not be home, tell us in advance so we can rearrange.
Delivery area
We deliver to the address you give us at the time of reservation. If your address is outside the area we can serve, we will tell you before anything is confirmed.
Problems
If a delivery arrives damaged or not frozen, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. See the refund and cancellation policy.
