Located on the outskirts of Louisville, in the heart of the Bourbon Trail, Bourbon Beef is raised with the highest quality and care. Our cattle are pasture-raised and grass-fed for most of their lives, then finished over their final three months on a proprietary blend of bourbon distillers’ grain mash sourced right here in Kentucky’s Bluegrass region.

Our farm was built on innovation and sustainability by reusing the rich, corn grain from high-end Kentucky bourbons and turning it into something truly special. Closing this loop, we've created a circular system that minimizes waste and tastes delicious.

We’re one of the region’s largest producers of non-GMO corn, grown specifically for distilling premium bourbons. That same care and quality goes into our beef.
